Managing overall HR department.
• Supporting the HR Head of Operations to provide world class services to the Head office (VEON); ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded
• Working with the HR Head of Operations and the Global Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the recruitment processes for VEON, in order to hire the right candidates, with the right skills, experience and cultural fit
• Ensuring that all recruitment activity that take place is audit ready with appropriate paperwork in place (e.g. hiring tickets, job descriptions etc.)
• Pro-actively spotting improvement areas and implementing defined "Continuous Improvement" initiatives
• Optimizing, implementing and maintaining complete HR data tools, data processes and systems
• Managing the execution of effective reporting mechanisms to ensure service delivery levels against SLAs
• Scheduling and overseeing training of new employees to educate them about HR practices and policies
• Producing and delivering standard/ad hoc reports, templates, & dashboards for management
• Actively meeting with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities

• Succeeded to reduce ratio of uninformed absentees/leave by 30% by introducing “Earned Leave Policy”
• Updated employee files & records in electronic & paper form of 1700+ employees and keeping them maintained
• Helped more than 400 employees in on-boarding process and designed training for them

• Reduced the ratio of unresolved queries of employees by 23% by introducing “HR helpdesk”
