Technical Description:

 Supervision of Shelter, WASH, CFW, and livelihood CPIs construction activities in the field
 Study the Shelter and CPI documents (construction drawings & specifications) in detail, keeping in view the Implementation Work Plan, and discuss the quarries with the line manager/Program Engineer, if any, to reduce the threats of delayed work progress.
Maintain the Measurement Book (MB) of work done at the site in the presence of the contractor’s representative daily and should be signed by both representatives.
Work out the total actual quantities of all as per construction drawings and specifications.
 Ensure the layouts, levels, and all activities at the site. Either construction works are being done as per drawings and specifications or not.
 To prepare the shop drawings of different activities as per requirement.
 For maintaining the records of all documentation (hard & soft copies) and pictorial progress.
 To be able to get different materials sampling, on different intervals, for testing and quality work assurance.
To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and other progress reports to submit to his supervisor.
 Motivate and morally/ technically support the contractor, communities, and his team in managing a perfect material supply chain. And closely follow up with them to arrange materials before the planned execution/consumption date/time of that material.
 Analyze and prepare plans for material requisitions.
 Assist in designing all work plans and identify and resolve all construction issues on site.
 Document all civil field activities and perform regular inspections to check the progress of construction works.
 Assist in performing quality assurance inspection to verify the work is performed in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Processing daily project documentation and construction observations.
 Preparing weekly project status updates
Performing other duties as required by the work and assigned by the Project manager any other task assigned by the supervisor.
 Responsible for all aspects of delivering high quality, effective, and accountable WASH program implementation, programmatic and operational matters.
 All charge of carrying WASH interventions in Emergency Response Project operations in the target areas.
 Assist in assessing the needs and integrate WASH intervention wherever needed. This would include designing and implementing complementary emergency WASH interventions (including livelihoods, safety, and Health).

Technical Description

Provide technical information and interpretation of plans, preparation of detailed estimation sheets and specifications for the successful implementation of the projects
Provide daily/weekly reporting regarding projects.
Routine Supervision of Construction, and execution of all activities.
Personal management, informing the higher-ups of the firm about the progress & problems at sites with suggestions for their solutions.

Provide complete support during supervision of construction and carry out quality control inspection and monitor progress
Assist in the preparation of drawings, BoQs & Also Appling for Different unions\\\' RFQ, ITB, RFI & Pre-Qualification & cost estimates of infrastructure schemes.

Project: Educational environment improvement project for children in Tribal District Kurram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province KPK. JEN Japan Emergency NGO
Technical Description:

Conduct a technical assessment for the development of cost estimation and drawing.
Preparing detailed technical BoQs and ensuring appropriate drawing and design of hardware components, including oversight of technical aspects of emergency WASH response such as quick repair & rehabilitation of water supply system, water distribution networks, water quality, emergency latrine design, and excreta disposal.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget, design, and timeframe.
 Assessing the sustainability and environmental impacts of projects.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements.
 Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries to the site if required.
 Support in assessment tasks and make recommendations about the Project.
Provide clear technical solutions for the Shelters and WASH schemes related to civil work.
 Where requested, contribute technical inputs to support projects like infrastructure, latrine construction, Hand pump installation, and Sanitation schemes at the Community and Institutional level.
Support in designing affordable and preferred School structures and support for preparing bidding documents.
Cooperate and coordinate closely with the Line Manager and communities for planning activities at the field level.
Advice and provide technical support to communities wherever needed and support in their technical training where requested.
Design and deliver Operation and Maintenance training in Schools and Communities as per the requirement of the project.
 Work in a team with Social Mobilizers and provide them with technical expertise at the field level where necessary, especially for the Construction of school buildings/classrooms and Water and Sanitation schemes sustainability.
 Support concerned line managers for the coordination and communication with contractors executing Project activities, to ensure proper and timely implementation and meet set quality standards.
 Provide monthly progress updates to the line manager on all ongoing project/program activities
 Responsible for achieving program compliance with quality and accountability international standards.
 Ensure that all of the project data related to WASH is timely and efficiently archived during and at the end of the project period as per SOPs.
 Ensure preparation of periodic reporting and facilitate end-of-project reports as required.
 Work to ensure that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, well documented, and timely submitted to ensure the credibility of the project.

Project: Establishment, Upgradation & Rehabilitation of Captain Roohullah Shaheed Sports Stadium Ghallanai District Mohmand Peshawar KPK. EA Consultant Peshawar    
Technical Description

Assist in the analysis of construction materials. elemental composition, dimensions & quality, etc according to drawing & specification.
Assist in conducting a market survey for proposed materials availability, unit rates of material, and labor and provide realistic estimates.
Assist in the preparation of drawings, BoQs & cost estimates of infrastructure schemes as per IR commitment & set standards.
Ensure the layouts, levels, and all activities at the site both pre & post-construction to know whether construction work is being done according to drawings and specifications.

Technical Description

Perform quality & quantity assurance checks by paying regular visits to construction sites to verify the work is performed in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Implementation of the project specifications & the latest construction drawings.                                                                                
 Routine inspection of construction works at the site. To check and confirm that the design works are compatible with the actual site
  Develop an in-depth understanding of project documents construction drawings & specifications.
 Responsible for the management of skilled Civil Engineers, Water Quality analysts, Hygiene promoters & other skilled workers.
Designing integrated work plans in collaboration with teams.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and other progress reports for management’s info Team members.
Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.

Technical Description

 Scheduling, planning, and execution of works at sites.
