As a Assistant Manager my duties are to Communicate and coordinate administrative plans rules and regulation for staff members to implement in office. Maintain healthy working environment in office. Promotion, compensations, benefits, EOBI management, health insurance issues , provident funds management, hiring on new openings , designing JD and JS of posts under supervision of specific department manager.Use SAP ecc 6 Admin and HR in daily tasks.Managing office assets which includes staff attendance systems, staff promotion, salary , Funds, health benefits for employees, laptops and cell phone sims and balance allocation for staff members. Application letters and administrative report writing and present it to admin manager. Planing and coordinating administrative procedures and system and devising ways to streamline process. Excessive use of Ms Office , project management software and Gantt charts for new administrative plans. Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. Managing Utility bills of organization preparation of application to allocate funds for timely bill payments. Management of power plant generator its fuel cost and monthly maintenance expenses. Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Responsible for overall quality system in HR department Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager. Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees medical insurance policies Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees. Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees termination Planning of company events or activities on occasions by managements approval Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
