Sales
· Sales target/area wise, product wise assigned by the management.
· Ensuring the prices should remain at the market place as per the management’s guidelines.
· Be a team player in such a way that the area/ the company meet its volume & GMVC targets.
· To appoint distributors in B2B/B2C (High street) area.
· Sales calls & prospecting of the customers be professionally organized to attain the positive results.
· Designing and implementing trade discounts & promotions for distributors, whole-sellers & retailers as & when required.
· Monitoring the monthly sales targets set for distributors.
· Will make minimum one distributor in each district of Karachi, Hyderabad etc.
Marketing
· Develop the marketing materials as per the product and market requirement.
· Manage placement & merchandising of campaign specific awareness through temporary point of sales material (posters, buntings etc.) and permanent point of sales material (Product display stands, trolleys etc.) provided by the company.
· Conducting mechanic, transporters, and drivers on site meeting/shamiana gatherings.
· Assisting in area level trade activities plan in alignment with sales plans.
· Manage quality and timely execution of all trade marketing activities.
· Manage all competitive data on all related brands & providing recommendation to immediate line manager.
· Manage execution of annual brand activation plans (BTL) meeting the company’s objective.
· Manage regular market intelligence and provide all reports on time to management.
· Manage & analyze market potential & trends as pertaining to respective brands so as to increase penetration in the market & capture market share.
