• Deal with the distribution / Finance department regarding pending dues towards resigned employee.
• Maintain & Document all Payroll Records.
• Maintain and regularly update all Personal Records.
• Dispatch official & confidential documents to relevant employee.
• Mailing Pay slips (when required).
• Casual / contractual staff salary.
• Hiring of Admin staff / Production worker.
• Initial Interview / Selection / Screening of CV’s.
• Cash salary disbursement.
• Monthly Expense of Head office employee & Field force.
• Overtime Calculation / Cross Check.
• Maintain company employee’s vehicle’s detail.
• Employee health claims Cross Check.
• Deal with daily expenses, Petty cash, and guest meal arrangement.
• Deal with Kitchen Expenses & Cross check with finance department.
• Assign areas of responsibilities to subordinates, monitor their performance and provide guidelines where necessary.
• Coordinate & help office staff & colleagues regarding any issue and provide help to subordinates regarding official work.
• Promote productive discipline and working harmony in all department.
• Promote team spirit, work ethics and commitment to achieve the individual & company goals as well objectives.
• Communicate company's rules & management instruction’s / Decisions on various issues / matters relating to employee and monitor compliance therewith.
• Deal with Government department Issues regarding head office, labor, and final settlements.
