I am an experienced professional having practical experience of more than 10 years. specifically in the field of Disaster Management, Construction and Livelihood. Being the Program Manager i have responded 05 disasters/ emergencies including COVID-19, Floods and earthquakes at all stages including Preparedness, mitigation, reponse and rehabilitation. I also have experties in small enterpize devellopment projects to uplift community ecnomic and social welbening. I have had my Master's degree in Development Studies with the distinction of Institute and Campus Gold Medal. I have worked on various positions and roles during the tenure (Program Management, Operations lead, Project Management,  Monitoring and Evaluation, Reporting, capacity building and Survey consultant). I have grip on program and project planning, development, Designing, Management, Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation, Training workshops, Meetings, Organization Strategic Planning, donor liason, coordiantion, Various types of Assessments, and Surveys. In10 years i have designed, implemented and managed 7 DRM projects and 9 livelihood projects. I have excellent communication skill (verbal and written). I have working experience with Unicef, USAID, Diakonie and many charity donors under DRM, Education and Livelihood programs.  Since 02 years i am part of CLT (Core leadeship Team), Member of procurement committe and member of disposal committe.
