Planning and designing the Programme and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.

Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for the successful implementation of the projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates (Latrines, and Hand pumps, Masajid, Shelters) Planning, implementation and technical feasibility for project proposals.
Provide complete support during supervision of constructions; carry out quality control inspections and monitor progress.

Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the Programme are identified or issues arise.

• Responsible for internal monitoring and daily supervision of project related activities.
• Conduct field visits according to specified time schedule and submit daily field visit report.
• Engage with clients present or visiting the spots and record client feedback about the efficacy of service delivery.
• Suggest outreach workers spots shuffling to the site manager based on regular monitoring/observations.
• Identify problems in service delivery and recommend measures for improved operations in the field.
• Maintain liaison with local communities to develop referral linkages and involve other stakeholders.

• The hygiene promotion program will focus on creating awareness among men, women, children, teachers, adolescent girls, SMCs and local communities about personal and environmental hygiene issues. The hygiene messages will be mainly around hand washing, latrine use, water quality kitchen hygiene, and sensitizing adolescent girls about safe menstrual hygiene management.
