As a Customer Services Representative I used to listen to the problems and queries of the customers and providing them timely and accurate solutions using different Information systems and soft wares. As I was on Pakistan’s number one helpline (111) I use to have calls from all over Pakistan and I have to deal with the different types and natures of customers: this really helps me in improving my communication and influencing skills.

In Foreign currency department I have to maintain the complete record of the Letter of credits (LCs).
I use maintain the record of foreign demand draft (FDDs) and foreign Telegraphic transfers (FTTs).
I use to enter the foreign demand draft and foreign telegraphic transfers in their respective registers.
I use to prepare the drafts of the Swift messages.
I have to enter the particulars of the I-Form (Import form) and E-Form (Export form).
I use to do the entries of the upcoming swift messages in the swift messages
Register.
I use to prepare the debit and credit vouchers of the foreign currency.
Keeping and maintaining the Personal file of all employees of the company
Preparing the medical bills of different organizations such as NICL, SECP, Nayab Labs, Askari General insurance etc.
Maintaining the bank accounts of the company, making cash withdrawals and cash deposits.
Maintaining and keeping the records of day to day expenses of the company.
Managing and maintaining the record of the store of the company.
Ensuring the attendance of the employees of the company.
I also use to play a role in the Administration of the company by making a check that all the assets are working properly and if anything is required I also have to make purchases.
