Description of Project / Activity
• Monitor Inspections conducted by the District Engineer (DE) using the MIS Dashboards and random field visits.
• Advice and technical support on all construction related procurement.
• A minimum of four Unique School Site visits per week, to verify at least 1 inspection conducted by each DE. An additional Audit Inspection entry is a requirement. Priority should be given to schools with major quality of work concerns or community complaints and significant progress delays. Carry out one inspection per school block before the approval of Milestone
• The final milestone visits to require joint measurements conducted with District Engineer & Contractor Engineer together on site.
• During the site visit ensure that the Contractor has maintained the updated site records on site. These include (but not limited to):
 Quality Control Plan
 Health & Safety Plan
 Construction Schedules
 Drawings
 Site Register
 Contract Statement of Requirements/Specifications
 Statement of Requirements (Scope of Work)
 Hard Copy Record of All Documents
• During the site visit check to see that monitoring and enforcement of the widespread use of PPE Equipment & Removal of Debris and notification of child labor is being done by the DE
• Conduct a bi-weekly Meeting with the Contractor, with minutes circulated to the DM, Contractor & CSM within 2 working days
• Assist the District Manager in finalization of bi-weekly work schedules of DEs
• Verified the submitted invoices (based on the desk evaluation of joint measurement sheets and random field visits)
• Responsible for quality control of Construction drawing and specs, on site tests and site layouts
• Using Capacity Assessment tools identify Humqadam related Infrastructure Engineering capacity of target Customers
• Accurate and timely activity based reporting as per project SOPs: weekly, monthly, quarterly etc
• Informative, timely and effectively presented written reports/nume

 Task/Project: Construction of multi storey building Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center (SKMCH & RC) at Peshawar

 Action: to implement the approved drawings/design, specification and insure the quality of all construction activities within approved cost and time period.
 Result s/Achievements: completed the Hospital in all respects and also provided the complete water supply scheme and fire fighting system to hospital in district Peshawar

Physical infrastructure sector will be responsible for assisting Monitoring and evaluation – Specialist in managing monitoring and evaluation of projects under Roads, Energy and Governance Infrastructure sectors. My main responsible are as follows:
• Assisting Monitoring and Evaluation – Specialist in preparing monitoring and evaluation plan and procedures for infrastructure sector projects;
• Assisting Monitoring and Evaluation – Specialist in designing tools and format for recording and reporting of findings of monitoring and evaluation activities related to infrastructure sector;
• Coordinating with respective line departments for arranging on-site monitoring and evaluation of identified projects;
• Carrying out monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure related projects; like Drinking water hand pumps, open well/dug well, tube wells, water Chanel, Irrigation Channel ,Street Pavement, Link road, gravel/shagal roads, Protection bund/flood protection walls, rehabilitation & maintenance of BHU’s & School’s, sanitation and other community projects
• Carrying out desk reviews and primary data analysis;
• Submitting required data to Data Manager on periodic basis;
• Preparing and submitting monitoring and evaluation reports to Monitoring and Evaluation – Specialist identifying issues, if any, to be addresses together with Actions required and timelines;
• Analysis of Project outcomes to determine whether those are in line with expected indicators as defined in the Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Plan;
• Facilitating M&E officers of social and productive sectors for executing monitoring and evaluation of construction related activities in their respective sectors;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures;
• Updating status of follow up reports;
• Identifying and reporting modifications to the strategic or operational course of project implementation;

• Assessment, design, planning and execution of small and medium level infrastructure projects ( such as Street Pavement, Flood protection walls, Irrigation Channel, Drinking water supply hand pumps, tube wells, dug wells and roads), sanitation and other community projects).
• Providing Technical Support to the Program in designated geographical areas (Agency/F.R) of responsibility.
• Manage technical and engineering components related to the program implemented in an agency within FATA including the management of contractors.
• Design architectural and structural drawings as well as create bills of quantity, material specifications lists, and other technical documentation relating to infrastructure programming within FATA.
• Coordination with different stakeholders for identification of Household & Community infrastructure schemes
• Maintaining close coordination with Political Administration regarding program activities
• Managing and conducting Technical feasibility of identified C&HH infrastructure schemes
• Reporting to Construction Coordinator HH & C Infrastructure regarding identification and technical feasibilities of HH & C Infrastructure schemes.
• Assist Construction Coordinator to Preparation of BOQs and specifications for feasible schemes
• Preparation of Project Management Committee for implementation and maintenance of schemes
• Coordination with Project management committee about day-to-day progress of the schemes
• Daily reporting to Construction Coordinator HH & C Infrastructure on day-to-day program activities.
• Arranging visits to sites to check the quality and providing technical support to the workers
• Assist Construction Coordinator to sending recommendations to upper management for realizing of funds to Project Management Committee

• Payment to the contractor according to their work done as per specification coordination with US-AID according to construction activities
• Project coordination and management for the reconstruction of earthquake resistant structures

My responsibilities included layout, billing, Quality control of supervision, planning, monitoring, bill verifications, processing for payment, scheduling & takes the work according to specification, design & drawing.
• Supervision Construction, maintenance of buildings, water supply schemes, housing schemes, sewage systems, roads, and bridges etc
• Management of work force for detailed supervision of different construction phases

 Result s/Achievements: Completed 03nos green houses construction, Agricultural university construction block, rehabilitation /maintenance of 50 houses in wapda colony and cannel lining near wapda house in District Peshawar and completed 20nos. telecom tower construction with all respect in District Punjab
