 Molecular Bacteriology MTB MDR PCR, CTNG on Gene Expert.
 Molecular Immunology ANA+ jo1, ANA Profile by IFA (ANA,  AMA, ASMA
Molecular Cytogenetic Preparation of Peripheral Blood Cells for Chromosome Analysis (Peripheral Blood Karotyping)
DT Primer, BIORAD CFX Connect, ABI, SYSTAAQ, AB-Quant Gene NucleicAcid RNA Extraction (Manual & Auto-Ext.)

Performing and Reporting of:

 Perform haemotogy,microscopic and bacteriologic test

 Ensure quality control and calibration of lab equipment is carried out as schedule.

 placing orders for reagents and supplies to maintain optimal stock

 Maintain equipment by performing assigned maintenance activities.

 Record data to monitor temperature of equipment.

 Maintain room temperature charts.

 Update and maintain SOPs and product inserts of the assigned area.

 Evaluate inventory of supplies and regents and communicate order needs.
