-Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Induction and Orientation of new employees.
-Prepare and issue Employment Offer Letters & along with the employment forms.
-Bulk hiring in limited time frame.
-Conduct Assessment & Development Centre by timely processing of End of Probation & End
of Contract.
-Prepare Job Descriptions and Job Specifications.
-Maintenance of employee records on SHERP (Sidat Hyder ERP) & HCM Module.
-Performance Management.
-Processing of Annual Appraisals for staff in assigned departments including preparation of
letters and filing.
-Processing of Promotion & Salary Increase of assigned departments for staff nominated in
assigned departments including preparation of letters and filing.
-Facilitates the employee recognition event & Quarterly Teamwork Evaluations (end to end
process).
-Processing of Separation Cases end to end process.
-Responsible for processing & issuance of Resignation Acceptance Letters & Terminations.
-Responsible for taking Exit Interviews of employees.
-Processing of Employee Disciplinary Cases.
-Preparing of weekly Exit Interview Reports.
-Preparing of monthly Separation reports.
-Preparation of Service Certificates.
-Assist Sr. Manager HR on special assignments given by the management.
Recruitment
- Managing recruitment and selection process till the joining of the New Employee.
- Liaise with all departments HOD for any vacant positions and prepare all necessary documentation relating to approval and joining.
- Negotiate with the employees about pay packages and provide necessary information.
- Execute all information for allotment of benefit to New Employee.
- Responsible for over-viewing the process of selected candidates, including giving them offer letter, Job Description, Employee handbook etc.
- Assist to ensure continuous up gradation of employees and ensure optimized utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with head hunters/ recruitment firm for relevant pool of candidate.
- Verify Employee background by reference check.
HR Operation
- Maintaining and updating MIS and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) database System for the record.
- Maintaining and updating Personal Files (Hard copy).
- Provide hiring, firing, reimbursement and bank account data at the time of Payroll.
- Coordinate with Medical Health and Life Insurance Companies for monthly new acquisition and dismissal and other circumstances.
- Preparing and timely processing of Employees Documentation (Appointment letter, Warning Letter, Termination -Letter, Retrenchment Letter & Experience letter, etc.).
-Preparing and updating employment records to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
- Assisting in development and upgrading the policies, procedure and corporate forms for better facilitation of Human Resource Management
- Preparation of Job Description/ Specification with HR Manager.
- Coordination the separation of exiting staff including, conducting exit interview, separation checklist and closure of personal files.
Training & Evaluation
- Assist the manager for annual appraisal and Bonus progress by gathering data with in specified time.
- Provide assistance in Planning, Organizing Executing training program as required.
- Responsible to provide support to HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Job postings on different recruitment portals, short listing candidates, conducting an initial round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interview, assisting the HR head during interviews, initiating and closing the recruitment and selection process.
- Conducting orientation session for new employees by finalizing the joining formalities of new joiners in the organization.
- Attend and receive the walk-ins, phone, and email applicants.
- Communicate with candidates on day-to-day basis.
- Maintaining and regularly updating Human Resource Information System records including personal file, personal database of each employee.
- Handling all queries of the employees related to salary, leaves, bonus, attendance, increment letters, transfer policies and procedures manual etc.
- Ensuring timely reports of probationary period appraisal form to departments and confirmation of the employees.
- Preparing and reconciling monthly payroll.
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization to explain the various policies, procedures and benefits to employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Processing employees resignation and conducting exit interviews.
