basically i have workeD in NGO as admin assistant but i hadled the HR responsibilties there aswell.. to maintain the files and employee records who were at field and to make sure that are they present in the field or not ,to balance there salary sheets in collaboration with finance department ,and many other tasks assigned to me by HR manager..
