I am a young graduated in Anthropology from Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad. I want to start my carrier in challenging environment. I want to do work with reputed Non government organization. I Just want to enhance my talent ,skills and knowledge and want to learn professional skills.
· Worked as a District Monitor (Gadap Town, Karachi) in Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine (TCV) Campaign under the supervision of World Health Organisation (WHO). My reporting line was directly to the Nation Professional Officer.
· Pakistan has become the first country to introduce the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended typhoid conjugate vaccine (TCV) into its routine immunization schedule.
· Monitor and ensure strong morning briefing to Social Mobilizers, Team assistant & Vaccinators before going into field and all skilled persons must know their UCMO, AEFI FP name & contact number, concerned Ambulance drivers contact number & their AEFI referral Health Facility.
· Monitor and ensured that all teams are timely deployed in the field for Outreach Sessions.
· Ensured that all teams maintain Cold chain through 4 cool Ice packs and foam pad in only standard vaccine carrier.
· On the daily basis fill 2 Rapid Convenience Assessment (RCA) & minimum 4 monitoring Checklists through KOBO & share observation at UC, Town & District Level.
· Worked as a Food Safety Officer under the Supervision of Director Operations and Deputy Director.
· The worked Function of FSO include: Seizing Hazardous Food Products and Premises, Inspection of any Food Production Premises.
· Issuing the Improvement Notice for hazardous Food Products and Raw Material to Different Food Business Outlets.
· Acting Against the Producers, Distributors & Sellers of Hazardous Food items etc. within the district
of Appointment.
· Three months worked as a Incharge of Larkana District.
· Worked as a Supervisor in Pakistan Demographic and Health survey 2017-18 in Karachi.
· Pakistan Demographic and Health Survey (PDHS), conducted under the authority of the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination and implemented by the National Institute of Population Studies (NIPS).
· ICF International provided financial and technical assistance for the survey through USAID/Pakistan.
· Managed the team of 6 members, assigned them daily tasks and successfully kept the supervisor log and data sheets.
· Conducting field work with reference to diet-based problems for children and adults suffering from malnutrition.
· Planning and execution of daily acitivies and schedule of survey.
· Covered the complete land area of Karachi divided into clusters.
· Performed as Community Moblizer implementing the planned activites and monitoring.
· Survey has based on many aspects of mother and child health such as Manternal Health Care, Child Health and Nutrition of Children And Women.
