Ensures smooth execution of recruitment processes at respective site i.e. sourcing, testing, interviewing, counselling site mangers on candidate selection and conducting exist interview.
Conducts manpower analysis at the plant and ensures manpower is provided as per approved headcount.
Acts as HR Business Partner for respective location and works along with Plant Management for the implementation of Performance Management System in true letter & spirit.
Facilitates the roll-out of the global employee engagement survey and focus group activity.
Monitors compensation and benefits programs at the respective Departments.
Liaises and coordinates with all internal and external stakeholder (local administration/district management, Social Security Institution, Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution, TEVTA and Labor Department etc).
Maintains working relationships with various Govt. Departments, Civil Administration and statutory bodies to ensure smooth functioning and necessary compliance with all applicable laws.
Monitoring security function of the respective plant while safeguarding of personnel and plants.
Oversees administration and facilities management (office administration, transport, receptions, telephone exchanges, gate office, weighbridges, dispatch, sanitation, gardening, dispensaries, fair price shops, canteens etc) at respective location.
