• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
Responsibilities
• Perform market and quantitative analysis that includes market research, competitive review, and prospect/customer input.
• Perform product planning for Master Control products and offerings, including:
• Create Product Definition (product concept and strategy documents)
• Create Requirements Specifications (user scenarios)
• Identify Product Positioning (licensing, pricing, packaging, benefits, etc.)
• Enable the Sales Process (sales strategy, demo highlights, etc.)
• Lead general product development activities
• Identify and track milestones (spec completion, beta testing, etc.)
• Interact with customers (feedback on specs, early demonstrations, beta, etc.)
• Assist marketing (draft messaging for collateral, create initial presentations, etc.
• Consult with sales (engage prospects on early demos; participate on sales calls, etc.)
• Complete life cycle for marketing any product on the Cloud Segment
• Responsible for the successful creation and management of Master Control products through all stages of the product's life cycle, including conception, definition, development, release and post-Sales activities.
• Make weekly and monthly reports.
• Work hand in hand with team leaders to improve team’s performance.
• Front office operations prompt handling customer complaints & training staff.
• Screening and training call center representatives for proper call handling and excellent customer service policies.
