1. Recruitment & Selection

These Courses were formed according to the Formatting of Globally known skill development Organization ‘City & Guilds’ and ‘TEVTA’.
4. Performance Management
Worked with Manager H.R to update Job descriptions of each position in Interwood. After JD formulation, developed the KPIs for Key positions of the organization. As per the Advise of Manager H.R, worked with Every department’s manager to Set benchmarks against each KPI to ensure ‘performance based evaluation’.
