· Provide assistance to the finance manager regarding the integrity of the general ledger, the preparation of monthly management reports, budget input and monitoring of all financial reports monthly/quartely & yearly basis.
· Prepare trial balance, profit and loss statement, balance sheet and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
· Responding to general assistance emails, answering letters and distributing correspondence memos for the company
· Responsible for monthly preparation of withholding taxes for various vendors and clients
· Estimate and track tax returns & update the company’s tax database
· Responsible for the input of financial transactions into companys accounting software(ERP)
· Banks Dealing & Banks Reconcilation
· Interact with external auditors & Government auditors to ensure proper execution of all financial and statutory audits.
· Support the analytical preparation and documentation of Internal Audit’s Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Review processes
