The firm undertook a variety of, Civil, Criminal, corporate, Federal Excise, Oil, Gas & Energy Family, Services, Tax Petroleum Concessions employment/labor matters. I assisted the chamber lead with the court work including necessary preparation for court work. I involved in preparation of Plaints, Pleadings and other legal work. I also assisted the lead and other associates at the chambers in negotiations, drafting contracts, negotiating, drafting and necessary legal research for litigation. I was involved in the firm’s work relating to corporate, commercial, alternate dispute resolution, capital market    and Energy matters. During the period I was working the firm was handling matters in respect of various privatization projects undertaken by the government I assisted the barristers and attorneys in the firm with case preparation and legal research Which I involve both paper and electronic sources. I also was involved in vetting draft contracts and preparing red line drafts and writing memos. I also assisted the criminal, civil, family etc maters and drafting of the cases.
