1)Record the grievances of the TDP on the UNHCR on line data base on the food hub as will as in the host community.
2)provide legal advise to the TDP
3)Attending regular CBM in the Community.
4)Shearing weekly report with the team leader
Responsible for IDP’s protection related issues at all the food hubs.
Monitor the protection situation in assigned area of intervention daily and make regular contact with the beneficiary community to identify incidents and protection concerns, including gaps in service provision.
Systematically gather and update the data on Extremely Vulnerable Individuals (EVIs) to ensure facilitation through referrals and timely interventions.
Record issues faced by Returnee(TDP,s) and provide necessary information in response to reported issues
Update and correct records and share that information with relevant agencies, including UNHCR, PDMA,FDMA for assistance;
With support from Protection Officers collect and compile up-to-date information on registration, services available in the area, and the return process (including about the documents necessary for registration; return package, and durable solutions; the situation in return areas, safe and unsafe areas, etc.)
Provide information and advice on issues related to registration, services available and the return process;
Refer beneficiaries seeking registration or voluntary return to the concerned service providers;
Refer EVIs to the Protection Officers or to relevant service providers for assistance;
Refer the Legal cases to the Legal desks for assistance;
Provide advice on the appropriate procedures and referral to relevant services for IDPs who have returned to the displacement area due to perceptions of insecurity in their area of origin or for other reasons.
Share information collected and grievances documented with the relevant organizations for response, as necessary.
