o Assign task of complaints and deployment to Field Staff.
o Ensure zero faults rectification claims (OBD) to avoid repeated complaints and consequent customer’s dissatisfaction.
o Launching complains of (HSI-GPON, PSTN, IPTV) issue`s on CRM.
o Ensure the start to end process of providing NEW FIBER Connection to customers with smooth & trouble free.
o Ensuring that all new installations are declared high quality by Quality assurance team.
o Checking quality Installation of fiber equipment (ONT) at customer end with complete accuracy and Minimum power loss.
o Monitor fault Quality with Nokia Motive Software.
o Checking quality Splicing of fiber on FAT & customer End.
o Ensuring periodic training of all field staff on quality of installation and fault rectification.
o Provide technical support to the customers related to the GPON (ONT Authentication, configuration, VOICE & IPTV ISSUES).
o Co-ordinate with development/Switch team to resolve Low/Loss Power Issues on FAT/OLT.
o Report of all day activity to my Manager in the end of day.
