A well experienced Quality/Food Safety Management Professional having more than 10
years specific experience of QMS, AIB, Food Safety implementation in various facets of
production / support processes. A balanced, result-oriented and flexible person with

o Site AIBI & system coordinator, responsible for planning and conducting internal AIBI
and ISO audits.
o Responsible for arranging/conducting monthly site Management Review, HACCP,
Pest control and Food safety meetings.
o Weekly and monthly reports on the performance of FSMS/AIB/HACCP.
o Drafting and implementing of site-level SOPs and PRPs.
o Participating as HACCP coordinator, involved with drafting, reviewing and
implementing HACCP Plans.
o Customer and consumer complaint handling, investigation and CAPA
implementation.
o Analyze internal and external quality complaints, trend analysis and necessary
correction/corrective actions.
o PRPs gap assessment, implementation, revision and verification.
o Preparing ITPs, conducting OJT and evaluating internal training system.

performance of QMS/FSMS.
o Analyzing the external pest control contractor and IPM program performance and

o Supervising and validating quality attributes in the syrup manufacturing department,
Water Treatment plant and PET Blowing Lab, ensuring staff to successfully meet the
requirements.
o Verification and analyzing the performance of CCP’s/QCP’s/OPRP’s.
o Customer complaint handling, start investigation and report to QAM and take
necessary actions.
o Analyze QC reports make trend analysis and take necessary corrective actions.
o Training of production personnel on GMP, Quality control and food safety.
o Establishing new and improved QA processes by collecting market samples for cross
verification, implementing improvements and monitored changes in line with internal
and external quality standards.
o To verify hygienic condition, storage and procedure maintained during processing
and packaging of food.
o Prepare and assist for internal and external ISO/Food Safety audits at site.
o Verification of calibration and performance of lab equipment’s.
o Supervise and record results of shelf life studies of regular, trial and market samples.
o Conducting internal trials for performance of new/improved ingredient, packaging,
product and processes.
o Working collaboratively with manufacturing departments to enforce food safety and
quality assurance protocols for Safe Food Manufacturing and Packaging.
o Providing support to the Production Floor through conducting the GMP and food
safety training.
o Assisting in internal/external QA/Food Safety audits to assure product conformance to
desired specifications and were in accordance with operational limits.
o Evaluating and recording production data by sensory and physicochemical analysis.
o Continuously monitored critical control points and quality control points to maintain
effectiveness against potential Quality/food safety hazards.
o Developing/implementing swab testing plans for equipment’s and machines and
personnel’s.
o Paying frequent supplier quality and food safety inspection visits. Making report and
sharing with management for supplier performance evaluation.
o Maintaining accurate and complete data entry records for inspections, precise
documentation of daily and weekly activities; submitting to higher authorities and
management.
o Analyzing QA data to improve quality, reduce consumer complaints, and improve
efficiencies.
o Monitoring production department\'s conformance with quality assurance standards
and procedures, ensuring that production met safety guidelines and performing all
activities with the ultimate goal of producing safe and legal products in full compliance
with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety System, and QMS.
o Resolving product complaints, maintaining necessary and accurate documentation of
records regarding the root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventative action
taken to resolve the problem.
o Providing assistance to audit teams linked to internal and external issues and
managing technical support to highlighted issues.
o Performing data analysis and providing trend data to the site management team.
o Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for higher management.
