I started my first job at EClear Services Limited (Subsidiary Central Depository Company) from 15 October 2021 in Islamabad. I am working here as Officer in Finance department. My responsibilities includes the following:

Making bank reconciliation statements
Recording receipts and payments from clients in accounting software
Monitor timely recording of accounting transactions
Coordinate with seniors for preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting
Prepare clients deposit and withdrawal summary
Ensure all payments are made to clients at day end
Assist financial team with managing general ledgers and account statements
Identify entries that are received in our bank but not posted into client\\\'s ledger
Manage daily bookkeeping functions
Prepare profit and withholding tax summary at month end
Confirming payments made via cheque and online banking
Consolidate business data to simplify and highlight areas of concern
Monitor closing balance of each bank account at day end

       Other Duties

Screening of existing account opening forms
Review applications for account opening against established parameters to determine approval, rejection or modification
Manage all operations at Islamabad branch
Schedule meetings with current and potential new clients when CEO visits
Reporting issues faced by clients in Islamabad to head office.
