• Managing Services Department for installations/ maintenance across southern region of Waukesha/ Mitsubishi/ Fiat Power Plants and Ariel Compressors

• Installation and Commissioning of projects from the prefeasibility to finalization for Oil & Gas and Fertilizer sectors

• Management/ formulation of flawless online technical training programs for Field Training of Aircraft Technicians

• Conduct on-site training audits at field locations.

• Online monitoring of progress of each individual trainee

• Development/ Management of Training Software

• Planning activities from contract bidding to acceptance and commissioning stage of 8” dia gas pipeline project
