Maintain Supplier Ledger, day to day update, made payment after approval from management through cheque, pay order, Demand Draft, Online, Cash etc.
Maintain Day Book, Cash Book & Petty Cash, Monthly expenses & obligation Sheets.
Utilize accounting software (Excel & QuickBooks) to record transactions, generate reports, and streamline financial processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
Monitor and follow up on A.R, ensuring timely payment from clients and managing collections.
RFQ (Request for Quotation) and Generate Purchase orders according to requisition.
Record keeping of all Purchases Project vies.
Completing financial reports on a regular and providing info. To the Finance Manager
Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are with set budget.
Maintain digital and Physical financial records.
Assisting the finance Department and senior accounting staff member with various tasks.
Reordered raw material from several deferent vendors performed daily analysis reports an all inventory raw and finished goods.
Manage store professionally.
Maintained store inventory clean, tidy in a well-organized fashion.
Maintained accuracy and proper rotation procedures (FIFO, LIFO).
