Team Lead & Senior Officer operations
• Handling all type of endorsements (addition, deletion, plan revision, profit share, write of premium, premium adjustment, pool enhancement, pool creation, pool covers etc.) of north & south region
• Maintain synchronized environment with internal functions such as policy admin, medical hotline and claims management for optimal service delivery.

• Lead generation and prospecting for new business procurement directly and along with development staff.

• Conduct pre sale activities such as client presentations, product awareness sessions and meetings.
• Responsible for post sales servicing such as timely endorsements, claim queries and devising reports for assigned accounts, thereafter renewal activity.
• Provide coordination between clients and company for sustainable relationship
• Maintain synchronized environment with internal functions such as policy admin, medical hotline and claims management for optimal service delivery.
• Frequent service call meetings with assigned accounts
• Devise monthly business status/performance for the department.
• Accountable for renewal of assigned accounts on the basis of service delivery
• Underwriting at Policy level
• Processing of policy in the system, set up and data uploading.
• Processing of policy document (including Health Cards) ensuring that all terms & conditions agreed with the client are mentioned.
• Correspondence with Reinsurance Department/ Branches/ Divisions
• Coordination with client / Medical Team / Endorsement Team & Relationship manager for fulfilling their queries related to Policy
• Research & Improvement Plans for future enhancement. Development of SOP’s for the department
• Maintain the complete policies record & filling of policy documents
• Analyzing the Portfolio’s data and Loss Ratios (twice in a month)
• Coordination with IT Department for resolution of complex Issues of underwriting in PREMIA & HIS (Health Insurance System)
