As an Assistant Branch Manager, My responsibilities are included as following:
· Regularly prepare sale and collection reports for manager of retails operation according to prescribed format
· Maintain all level of stock in display center by ordering new stock and communicating with retail manager
· Prepare monthly end closing sale reports of the display center
· Formulate and submit incentives reports of all salesman on monthly basis
· Collaborate with finance team for adjustment in financial reports
· Ensure the accuracy of cash by examining cash voucher once in a month
· Minimize the risk of cash embezzlement by balancing cash before closing.
· Posting of daily Sale and recovery at Dynamic in System.
· Key custodian of Cash in hand of branch.
· Any other task/Activity assigned by the management.
Main Responsibilities
