Our Fyp about Process Improvement in Durr ceramics industry located at Hayatabad industry zone using Simulation tool ARENA. First of all study all the process of industry identified problem which is manual material handling then we implemented two system, Crusher and Bucket Conveyor, and model both the systems, Current and Improved system. At the the end we make comparison between both model. As a result we have reduced process time by 68 percents, increase production by 38 percents and reduced number of workers from 10 to 4
