Key Responsibilities:
• Analysis on monthly financial statements and give recommendations to Finance Committee.
• Daily dealing with bank for financial management and other deposits.
• Investment of PF fund of employees.
• Establishment of Fixed asset department and its management.
• Payable & receivable management.
• Supervise preparation and closing process of monthly accounts.
• Improved, implemented and enforced policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that enhanced the overall operation of the organization.
• Develop concept of supply chain management by separating the role of store & procurement dept. & its policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducts monthly budget reviews and compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period.
• Report on breakeven points by services and departments.
• Monitor & control budgetary targets of all business units, mostly by controlling expenses.
• Provide accurate reports to management about cost effect of each activity.
• Prepare financial feasibility report of medical Equipments with the help of CF, NPV & IRR.
• Control and manage inventory, by inventory management tools.
• Corporate service rate revision and agreements.
• Monitor departmental expenditures to ensure proper allocation of budgeted funds on a monthly basis.
• Member of Executive committee.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of accounts using Oracle, including
• Process local expense for payments
• Prepare for all payments
• Prepare and maintain Cash Book
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation
• Ledgers (Debtors and Creditors) reconciliation
• Foreign accounts receivable
• Receivables management
• Invoicing (local and foreign)
