• Prepare financial feasibility report of medical Equipments with the help of CF, NPV & IRR.
• Control and manage inventory, by inventory management tools.
• Corporate service rate revision and agreements.
• Monitor departmental expenditures to ensure proper allocation of budgeted funds on a monthly basis.
