My role as a Project Manager consists of gathering project requirements from stakeholders, creating a project brief, and then communicating with designers and making them understand how to create a UI/UX and user journeys after creating a UI/UX I request stakeholders to review the design and request for their approval; once they approve it, then we move towards the development phase. After the development phase, we move towards the testing phase. Once everything works as expected, then we move toward the project closure

My role involves sourcing new business on Upwork and Freelancer, targeting React, JS, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and Shopify projects.
My role also involves planning and organizing projects with clear timelines and milestones.
Creating project tasks and delegating them based on individual strengths and expertise.
Assigning task ownership to ensure efficient use of resources. Aligning team members with project objectives and ensuring understanding of their roles and contributions. Regularly reviewing progress, providing feedback, and making necessary adjustments to stay on track.
