Develop project proposals and concept notes related to technology upgradation, SMEs development, skill development/training, youth and women empowerment
Coordinate and develop effective partnerships and collaborations with the Government, international donors, NGOs, the private sector, academia and other stakeholders
Regularly update organizational profile, identify funding opportunities and maintain database of all business development activities (proposals, minutes communication);
Devise short, medium and long term business plans and company’s marketing strategy;
Maintain knowledge management and communications framework to collect and disseminate data and information on programme/project status
Conduct research and sector studies of key economic sectors
Develop reports, case studies and manage company’s marketing and communication activities including website, social media, press releases, newsletters etc.

Identify and assess beneficiary households for technical/vocational and enterprise development training through social mobilization
Conduct Stakeholders mapping and develop strong linkages with stakeholders including community, traders/businessman and TEVT Institutions for project sustainability
Support PL&D meal specialist and FSL specialist in questionnaire development, Training Need Assessment (TNA) forms, need identification through detail assessments and household’s surveys
Organize events to engage different stakeholders for highlighting importance of Skill training leading towards income sustainability through employment creation and enterprise development
Conduct regular monitoring visits to verify quality/ progress of program interventions and provide technical support and guidance

Conduct field visits for monitoring and to get feedback from Programme beneficiaries, ensuring proper implementation of projects;
