Here my responsibilities include: conduct extreme complex technical evaluation and suggest proposed physical architectures along with detailed designs, install, configure and maintain applications with IT infrastructure, conduct long range strategic plans of IT infrastructure plus operational aspects of application execution within infrastructure, and provide technical guidance to all federal government offices on their IT Projects.

As Manager, my responsibilities include the development, management and maintenance of network (LAN & WAN); setting of various kinds of server roles like ICACS, Domain Controller, File Server, Amazon Cloud Instances & Remote Access Server, Email Server for various clients. Furthermore, I also handled the Software Division of the company mainly responsible for creating our own products suitable for various businesses in GCC region. I am also actively involved all in-house development of various web and mobile applications.

As Officer IT, I played a vital role in server’s management and open source application configuration. Perform hardware, software and network upgrades and maintenance and managing users on active directory and exchange server are the daily routine tasks. Configuring virtual machine, installation and management of various open source applications were task that I performed as open source application configuration engineer. Managing servers like; file server, Windows Server Update Services Server, Proxy (Squid & ISA) server, VPN Server, Help Desk Server, Database (MySQL) Server, backups and troubleshooting were also main tasks assigned to me. I also have expertise in Virtualization using VMware and Virtual Box. Conversion from windows to Ubuntu Linux is also in my main task sheet which include migration of all client terminal and some specific server machines to Ubuntu and Red-Hat respectively. I also provide technical support for usability issues and critical site problems, as needed. Managing SVN and enterprise wiki portal are additional tasks that were assigned to me. All the above mentioned responsibilities are to be completed under the standards of ISO 9001 – 2000.

My key tasks were network diagnosis, troubleshooting and management; manage Web & File Servers, configuration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and domain controller on windows 2003, Oracle Database & Application Server. I was also managing in-house connectivity w.r.t network and servers, providing services related to Domain Controller, exchange servers to out-bound clients as well.
