Muhammad has over 30+ years experience in the construction industry where he has worked for
both contractors and consultants, his experience and leadership has made him an integral part of
the construction supervision team.
The sensitivity of the current project and importance based on Abu Dhabis vision to become a
tourist and commercial hub for the region requires greater skill, care and attention to the
construction works. Muhammad is responsible for preparing daily progress reports and maintaining
records of site development. These reports and records form the basis of the consultants reporting
to the Municipality. Further, Muhammad can perform follow duties,
Ensuring prompt exchange of all kind of correspondence.
Review & submission of the shop drawings .
Evaluate site queries, design changes & suggesting their solutions.
To manage the office engineering activities such as preparation of shop drawings, diversion roads
drawings & as built drawings etc.
To point out the necessary corrections to drawings & providing proper guidance to the draughtsman.
Effective follow up until the final approvals of the drawings either from Consultants or Authorities.
To attend the meetings with Consultants, Clients & Authorities.
To prepare proposals in case of any change or deviation encountered as per contract drawings.
Effective liaise with site staff to get the required data & ensuring the well in time submission of
drawings to the Consultants & Authorities for approvals..
Generate weekly look ahead of site activities to manage the work effectively.
Tracking project progress to ensure that work is going as per approved schedule
Know about tests such as, air test, deflection test, mirror test ,flow test, boll test, pressure test
Attend regularly project meetings.
