1. Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
2. Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.

1) Writing proposals for Software Development Projects Mainly in Java, Php, Joomla and WordPress in coordination with the development team.
2) Bidding on online Portals and further communications with clients either through VOIP or Skype Phones.
3) Exchanging the requirements with the development team, Managing the Online meetings with Clients and Software team, signing of final NDA’s in coordination with company’s Director and approving the deliverable milestones and coordinating the requirements back and fro between both the parties.
4) Defining Human Resource Policies along with terms and conditions of hiring’s and making selection of final candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
5) Managing the progress of ongoing projects, handling the clients and exchanging the progress of development team with company’s Director and reporting further to the client.
Touchstone Communications is a Business Process Outsourcing Company where I worked to generate leads from different campaigns like Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Quicken Loans Mortgages, Reverse Mortgages, Educational Services and Home Alarm Security systems.
I used to call a foreign customers mainly based in United States, Canada and inform them about our product and services we provide. Online forms were filled against the generated leads and client was further forwarded to the insurance Agents based in United States.
Additional Responsibilities included were supervision of sales, training of the trainees and cross checking their leads and communications with the client.
