● Source talent through LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Dice, Career Builder, and Ceipal (ATS/database).● Screen, interview, and evaluate IT specialists from Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecom, IT, Banking & Finance, & Health care sectors in the US market for DC, MD, and GA Government/State positions. ● Working on Long term and short-term Contract positions, working on all types of tax systems C2C, W2, and 1099, working with H1B, GC, GCEAD, EAD, and US citizens visa terms. ● Source talent by utilizing the ATS (Ceipal), job boards, job postings, referrals, and social media to build strong candidate pipelines and engage qualified candidates. ● Provided coaching and advice to candidates and trainees throughout the interview process, other related responsibilities.
