Currently working as a Branch Manager

I worked as a human resources department professional with experience across all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, HRIS management, benefits administration, and compliance.

Askari bank throughout periods of industry change and growth and spearheading profitability by designing customer-centric products. Limiting expenses, and identifying areas of opportunity. Oversaw and led improved compliance, internal/external alliances, asset management, regulatory relationships and performance.

Currently i am working as a team leader in Regional Credit Operations Unit South and looking after all branches of Sindh & Balochistan related to credit financing facilities including monitoring the entire port polio with very good audit ratings.

Successfully cleared promotion test of IBP from Assistant Manager to Manager Grade.

Looking after all commercial, SE & ME ffinancing facilities related to credit operations department.
