Current working as Community Development officer at Islamic Relief Pakistan / Integrated initiative for disaster affected communities (IDRAC) from: 8th May-2023 to 15 December 2024
Job Responsibilities:

Capacity building of the community members through orientation and in house trainings.
Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues.
Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions i.e. MPCG, NFIs, WASH, Livelihood and Advocacy.
Supervise the community mobilizer’s team to implement social mobilization approach.

Facilitate & support other sectoral leads at the ground in need of identification/prioritization & verification of the project interventions/activities.
Close coordination with relevant stakeholders working in the project’s targeted areas.
Conducting community awareness sessions and organizing various training sessions/workshops / Campaigns / Special Events for the members of local community organizations (community participation in development, women in development)
Regular follow-up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with the best possible solutions.
Facilitate in the arrangement of IRP / donors visits to project areas.
Preparation of weekly/monthly work plans against PMT (performance measured time frame) by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in the stipulated time period.

Conduct CO  profiling i.e. collection of primary level data for a situation
Maintenance of hard record that includes field visits reports, CO meeting minutes, beneficiary data, assessment record, distribution record & other documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Create smooth communication with key stakeholders, religious leaders, and government designators.
Conduct on job training of field workers to increase knowledge about family planning and reproductive health.
Conduct on job session of field worker to record comprehensive data with completeness.
Conduct monthly meetings for planning and mitigation strategies.
Reporting and data keeping

Project: Connect4FP leveraging technology and Provider Networks to reduce unintended pregnancies in Panjab Multan
Job Responsibilities:

Project: (RH&FP)
Job Responsibilities:

 Acquire basic training in HTSP and community mobilization.
 Facilitate on health based thematic areas within communities (HTSP, FP/RH, PHC, Nutrition, etc.)
Mobilize and sensitize communities, conduct, and facilitate health-based awareness raising activities.
Coordinate with village committees and volunteer support groups
Work in coordination and collaboration with community health care workers and organize awareness session and community mobilization session.
Work in coordination with database, quality assurance and training team(s)
Support Community Health Workers in Conducting Health & Hygiene sessions for target beneficiaries in coordination of Behavior Change Communication officer (BCCO) conduct campaigns, workshops, FGDs, seminars etc. for creating feelings of   ownership of in creating and enhancing social cohesion required for the sustainability of the project.
Develop linkages among the department, CHCs, local organizations, local governments and other INGOs and exploring ways for future partnership in the target areas. Assist project manager/district coordination manager in the exploring/ documentation of Case Studies, Success Stories emerging in the result of their intervention in communities regarding ongoing health programming.

Project: Building Disaster resilient in Phase II Pakistan          
Job Responsibilities:

Carryout the profiling of villages, baseline data collection, community mapping, sites selection and beneficiary’s identification
Mobilizing the community and formation of VDMCs, UCRFs and Farmer Organizations.
Monitor appropriate implementation of program activities in all targeted activities.
 Actively contribute to community mobilization
Aware and mobilize communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, women, PWDs and elderly.
Actively contribute to the capacity building of targeted communities in coordination with livelihoods. WASH and DRR team
Aware and mobilize community committees on the roles and responsibilities.
 Engage VDMCs, UCRFs, local influential in development of Village and UC Disaster Management Plan
 Facilitate VDMCs in Hazard Mapping exercises at the village level
 Ensure that health and safety regulations are understood and followed, and that health and safety incidents are logged.
Support livelihoods and DRR Team, Civil Engineers in the identification and implementation of infrastructure interventions and risk reduction measures
Support and facilitate communities during the meetings with local government authorities and during exposure visits to Demo projects.
 Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Project: Building Disaster resilient in Pakistan          
Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that all project reports internal or external are prepared and submitted timely to the concerned.
 Make sure that minutes / notes of internal meetings are recorded, shared, and maintained properly and follow with concern on action points.
Maintain records of stakeholder ‘communication.
Plans implement and report Comprehensive measurement effeteness Tool (COMET) related activities.
Developed or updated COMET indicator matrix
Designed data collection form with close coordination of COMET Manager.
Developed COMET Configuration Tool (CCT) for BDRP

Project: MNCH and Family planning
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct training of LHW on Misoprostol and Chlorxidine & support group.
Formation of Partnership Define Quality (PDQ) at health facility level.
Conduct training on safe transportation of driver.
Provide facilitation in TOT of Misoprostol and Chlorxidine, Support group, demonstration.
Develop and share daily progress reports with Project Officer,
Conduct PDQ meetings and share meeting minutes with supervisor.

Project: Trocaire DRR
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and share daily progress reports with Project Officer,
To work with school and community for the roll-out of agreed project activities, Formation of Village committees and child clubs.
To assist identifying CB-DRR activities e.g., Hazard Mapping for community members and engage children and youth in suitable engagement/participation sessions through meetings and sessions.
Conduct the process of community mobilization and form Village Disaster Management Committee.
Conduct Capacity building programs at school and community level for VDMC sand also cover Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability and Capacity assessment (HRVCA).
Provide technical support to the Village Disaster Management Committees in conducting Hazard, Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment and develop report.
To work with Village Disaster Management Committees to come up with Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) Plans.
Facilitate the process of integration of Children Clubs plans into CBDM Plans.
Facilitate VDMC in implementation of small level mitigation projects as identified in CBDM plans.
Organize regular drills and awareness raising events at the community level involving all stakeholders.
Provide regular and follow up support to communities’ organizations on CB-DRR activities

Project: Child friendly Space/Child Protection 
Job Responsibilities: 

To Ensure Child protection in flood effected camps.
Daily visit to Child Friendly schools in the camps and ensure proper running of schools.
Guide CFS teachers in educational activities
Interaction with the vulnerable community persons and mobilize them to send their children in CFS.
