At least 8 years of analytical and project based experience, of which 06 years are in disaster risk management experience with special focus on risk assessment, project monitoring and evaluation, and programmatic reporting, external communication etc. She has also an experience of working in Flood emergency 2010 response with working experience of IDPs Assessment, Child protection in emergencies, DRR and emergency preparedness and planning with different International humanitarian and governmental organizations i.e. Save the children, Acted Pakistan and Unicef and Govt, Indus Resource center, Integrated Health services and International rescue Committee.
I also played and enjoyed the leadership role in establishment and strengthening of various forums at village and UC level, while working in different roles/capacities, also has been involved in development of comprehensive School Safety Framework, child friendly learning material, Emergency Preparedness Plans for communities, hazard specific drills and stock piling approaches at village and UC levels.
