. Execute overall HR Operational responsibilities pertaining to recruitment , employee exit management, payroll,
employee benefits and employee relations in line with HR Policies & Procedures.
Recruitment & Selection for entire group. Managing relationships with external consultants and suppliers (insurance companies, visa etc.) to ensure
Organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Managing Employee grievance cases.
Maintain effective & professional working relationship between all departments, while ensuring best conduct,
effective team building and problem / conflict resolution approach in the best interest of the organization.
Oversee harassment and discrimination cases, ensure documentation/filing of incident/grievance reports and take
disciplinary actions of justified professional basis and ensure compliance of code of conduct in all Regions. Ensure that the HR team is managed prudently and effectively by delivering excellent HR Services to all internal
customers with consistency, sustainability & accountability.
Run & organize food/dinning affairs for all cadres of employees & official guests.
Handle and keep a controlled, confidential & up to date record of date of directors & CEO.
Act as bridge between company and regulatory & public sector institutions for all pleadings & interactions.
