- Assist the School Principal in providing high-quality leadership to the teaching team. - Responsible for the overall management, discipline, Syllabus break-up and monitoring. - Creates and implements a vision that leads to student improvement for all learners. - Conducts crucial conversations based on student performance data for purpose of enhancing student learning. - Responsible that maintaining safe, healthy and functional facilities. - Responsible for the Clean School Environment and Planning and organizing extracurricular activities. - Responsible for the issuance of circulars, newsletters, and Midyear and Annual Exams preparations. - Classroom Observations and evaluation of Teacher’s performance. - Evaluation and Analysis of Student’s performance. - Management of the academic program and related academic matters on campus. - Responsible for activities, day-to-day operations and all academic affairs of the school. - Supervise Lead Teachers and teaching staff. - Assist School Principal in SWOT analysis. - Develop Professional Improvement Plan (PIP) for teaching staff. - Develop School Improvement Plan (SIP). - Recommend opportunities for staff development including workshops, conferences, visitations, and sessions. - Assist in the process of interviewing, evaluating, and selecting new staff members. - Assume responsibility for the Operation of the Institute in the absence of the School Principal. - Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the community to support the learning environment. - Develop the school's budget and maximize the achievement of financial targets. - Ensure that the programs address learners' needs, interests, and skill levels. - Foster a learning environment where every team member is encouraged to provide ideas and suggestions leading to continuous improvement of school teaching and learning practices.
