This cadre supports the communication component of micro-planning through the Union Council Polio Eradication Committee (UPEC) and oversee and support UC level social mobilization plans, the strengthening of local partnerships, and inclusion of and access to mobile and migrant populations in polio eradication activities. It also provide support and training to Social Mobilizers and other partners especially focusing on interpersonal communication

Ø  Maintaining and monitoring project plans
Ø  Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Ø  Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ø  Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ø  Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Ø  Determining project changes.
Ø  Providing administrative support as needed.
Ø  Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ø  Developing project strategies.
Ø  Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Ø  Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ø  Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

To oversees the daily activities and operations within an institute include disciplining and advising students, approving Teachers’ curriculums and ensuring the institute environment is safe for all students and staff members.
