Managing the Quality Operations in Supply Chain & Sales in one of the largest sales network of Pakistan with following responsibilities,
- Ensuring the Quality of Product from factory to retail level.
- Establishment and roll out of Distributor & Retailer education plan to ensure quality at each step of product handling, distribution and retail.
- Training, coaching & Assessment of distribution staff on Good Warehouse Practices.
- Leading the Retail Quality Audits to ensure quality at retail.
- Coordination with consumer services for evaluation of consumer complaints and consumer engagement.
- Ensuring the quality in E-Commerce sales operations by providing training, conducting coaching sessions and assessments of E-Commerce distribution staff.

Managing the manufacturing quality assurance of Liquid Dairy Plant that included below responsibilities,
- Leading the Food safety and quality operations i.e. HACCP, QMS & GMPs.
- Establishment and implementation of line quality checks and their verification.
- Training, coaching and assessment of manufacturing teams for effective implementation of quality standards at line.
- Leading the internal as well as external audits for Liquid Dairy Plant.
- Leading the Packaging materials lab for evaluation, inspection and release of incoming packing materials in Kabirwala Factory that included Laminates, TetraPak, Corrugated cases, BOPP Films, Display boxes and promotional items etc.

As Quality Assurance Specialist Joined Nestle Pakistan Ltd. Kabirwala Factory, managing lab operations as well as Standardization Plant quality operations with following responsibilities,
- Lead Fresh Milk Reception which is the largest section of Quality Assurance department in terms of man power and work responsibilities.
- Establishing and Implementation of Quality Monitoring Scheme at fresh milk reception lab
- Establishment, Implementation and Assessment of Quality Monitoring Scheme at Standardization plant for effective quality operations.
- Training, Coaching & Assessment of people working in fresh milk reception lab & at plant for their capability building.
- Successfully introduced and implemented the Aflatoxin M1 testing at Fresh Milk Reception Lab by ELISA and CHARM EZ.
- Successfully implemented Chloramphenicol Analysis by ELISA resulting in cost optimization of fixed quality cost by using the same analyzer for different parameters.
- Successfully completed a white belt project in Quality Assurance laboratories to optimize the Analysis cost without compromising on quality of analysis.
- Optimization of Fresh Milk Tanker Stay time inside the factory to support smooth operations of milk planning between factory and supply chain teams.
- Lead Internal as well as external audits of Nestle, Bureau Veritas Pakistan & Pakistan National Accreditation Council for Laboratories and Standardization Plant.
- Lead the Leadership Development Pillar from Quality Assurance Department aimed for the leadership development at Factory.
