As Office Assistant in the Establishment Section of Haripur University, I am responsible for drafting official letters, e-mails, proposals, MoUs and policies. I am also responsible to ensure timely internal & external communication of information and manage the front desk. I schedule and keep record of all the meetings. I ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and usage of office equipment including photocopier, scanner, printers etc.

As Headmaster, I was responsible for overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluating school’s operations. I was preparing and delivering instructional activities based on the approved curriculum. I was overseeing development of schemes of work and lesson plans. I organized classroom and instructional resources to create a positive learning environment. I also introduced an appropriate range of assessment strategies to monitor individual student progress. I ensured school is maintaining accurate and complete records of students' progress and development which can then be discussed with the parents. I was managing disciplinary cases by applying appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary for teachers and students. I managed the work through collaborative method by sharing ideas and resources and providing support to my team. I was also training, supporting, and monitoring trainees and newly recruited teachers.

As Lecturer in Gender Studies, I was continuously in touch with my management and student simultaneously to ensure quality education. I was responsible for managing research budget and was also supervising undergrads’ research thesis. As part of overall management team, I performed duties as Invigilator in the examination and helped conducting selection process for course applicants. I helped students in their studies, research, and thesis by providing guidance, monitoring their progress, and assessing their work. I was also responsible for representing my department at conferences and seminars.

As Visiting Lecturer in Gender Studies, I was responsible for preparing the aspirants of CSS examination in the optional subject of Gender Studies. Along with delivering lectures, I used to take mock test and exams from CSS aspirants. I was also mentoring CSS aspirants for interview preparation tips and techniques.

As Master Trainer, I was responsible for delivering sessions on Capacity Building of PTCs founded in government schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. On demand side, I was also mobilizing parents and was responsible for creating awareness among them about education. I created linkages between PTCs and other stakeholders for improvement of schools. And on supply side, I was liaising with government officials about school improvement plans. I also worked with local communities to conduct awareness sessions, seminars and meetings regarding enrollment, school improvement plan, & social wellbeing of students.

As Chapter Coordinator, I was responsible for mobilizing the youth in The University of Haripur and District Haripur for youth rights and development. I was responsible for conducting study circles for students on pluralism, secularism, democracy and constitutional awareness. I created linkages between youth-led organizations and stakeholders for capacity building of youth though trainings, workshops and field exposure. I had also worked for minority communities to raise awareness about minority rights, religious harmony and cross culture sharing through seminars and cultural events.

As Deputy District Coordinator, I was responsible for liaison between district Government and United Nations Democracy Endowment Fund, awardee of the Project, for conducting seminars, workshops, talks and awareness walks on youth and women rights. I was also responsible for conducting training session of students on democracy, youth policies and youth rights as Master Trainer.

As District Coordinator, I was responsible for making a team of volunteers for taking social actions. I trained more than 500 young boys and girls throughout the Pakistan through rigorous training and capacity building programme. As Finance Secretary in the Executive Body, I was responsible for funds generation through fund raising, donations, donor agencies, and Government sources. I was also responsible for identification of youth needs and submit proposal for drafting Youth Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
