· Preparation and Disbursement of Visiting Faculty / Staff Salary, in accordance with manual attendance register.
· Up to Date cash books record and balance reconciliation with bank statement at the end of each month.
· Verification of Staff Traveling Allowance Vouchers, with respect to attendance certificates attached and K.M stated in voucher with Actual, making correction if required.
· Suppliers bills payment after verifying all required documents are attached to process the payments.

§ Managing Office Activities and Routine Refurbishment of Site Office.
Managing Office Supportive labor Activities, Office Messenger, Cleaners, Tea Boys, at site lay down and office both.
§ Arrangement of defensive driving course (DDC) training for new drivers.
§ Arrangement of Safety inductions for new employees at camp and at site.
§ Coordination with higher management for the purpose of extension of resources if required and demobilization of hired resources within time limits as per their VISA or if not required.
§ Manpower estimation for all upcoming Shutdown Activities, Relevant cost estimations and making a strategic plan as required.
§ Verifying Purchase Invoices, Verifying Manpower timesheets for final payment.
§ Maintain record for all EMCO employees; relating to, OSP, Visa and Passport expiries for smooth, continuous and effective maintenance services to GASCO before, during and after shutdown.
§ Follow up with HO / Admin Department for updates / discrepancies clarifications.
§ Follow up with finance department for salary distribution of employees whose bank accounts
§ Openings in process.
§ Management of Vehicles and drivers in organized manner during and after Shutdowns.
§ Prepare / Issue monthly vehicle maintenance charts.
§ Translating & Typing of material entry and exit CNIA passes in Arabic format.
Additional Assignment:
Monitoring and Controlling of camp activities
· Daily inspection of Mess for hygienic provision of food to camp residents.
· Weekly twice inspection of staff and workers rooms respectively (1 Day each).
· Checking of material exit and entry report of Security man on daily basis.
· Provide solution of camp resident’s complaints.
