Achievements in this Project: I worked on UNICEF third party monitoring project as an Assistant National Coordinator in Rural/Urban and Technical monitoring of sanitation Programme at scale in Pakistan. After successful progress of the assignment in WASH, I was promoted as Assistant National Coordinator to oversee the Programme from national level.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordination with UNICEF concerned focal person, IPs field staff, APEX Provincial coordinators, monitoring staff and with WASH consultant/expert.
Collect work plan, progress matrix and field monitoring reports to draw analysis and based on field report's findings develop monthly cumulative reports.
Ensure regular and timely reporting to UNICEF and other stakeholders.
Hire, train, and supervise teams of field monitoring staff across all the provinces.

Achievements in this Project:
APEX Consulting Pakistan (APEX) was given the task of third party monitoring of the Training of Lead Trainers (TOLT), Training of Master Trainers (TOMT) and training of polling staff in Sindh, Baluchistan, KPK and FATA. These trainings were delivered by a private sector consortium. APEX monitored these trainings both by collecting written feedback of the participants as well as through checklists filled by the monitors. I supervised monitoring task from all over the Sind Province (18 sampled Districts of Sindh). During this assignment, I managed and monitored 1118 workshops by deploying 120 Field Monitors at constituency level of 18 targeted districts of Sindh, selection of field staff, their training arrangements and overall leading person to complete this assignment with due course of time and given awards from APEX head office for efficiently completed task well in time.

Short summary of Project:
APEX Consulting Pakistan has mobilized and trained 27 field teams where each team consisted of 9 enumerators with experience in community development and social research, 27 forward campaigners, 27 supervisors, 36 editors and 3 tehsils managers and 1 district manager. Field teams used checklist, guidelines, and observations to collect information on score card. APEX Conducted small scale pre-test of the questionnaire, prepared field procedures for data collection and plans for data validation procedures. We collected data of 186,361 households on score card together with the Family Roster in Khushab, Noor Pur Thal and Quaidabad Tehsils of District Khushab which was assigned for this purpose.
