Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for all Quality Assurance activities in the factory.
2.Ensure proper testing of the samples as per approved procedures.
3.Approach Factory Manager for stoppage of production in case of repeated problems observed by QAD.
4.Responsible to prepare and implement monthly QA program of all factory activities including support functions and get approval from Factory Manager.
5.Prepare monthly analysis for Quality Assurance feedback to all department heads.
6.Ensure incoming quality of the kits, localisation and LP items.
7.Ensure availability of an approved sample for all products and models prior to production.
8.Ensure implementation of the written procedures.
9.Daily patrolling of complete factory. Feedback is to be recorded / distributed and the department heads are also to be informed verbally on daily basis.
10.Keep an eye on any activity likely to affect the quality of the product or safety of workers and report it to concerned department head.
11.Maintain samples of all the running models.
12.Suggest performance efficiency and cost saving measures.
13.Carry out assigned tasks given by Factory Manager.
14.Work with Purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented
Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule
15.Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
16.Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
Troubleshooting of process defects to ensure optimum machine process capability
17.Ensuring the best Quality Production.
