•      Close Coordination with UCMO, LHS, LHV, and LHW for smooth implementation of the project activities in the Targeted area.
•      Capacity building of the LHV, LHW, and Marvi workers through orientation and in-house training.
•      Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues.
•      Identification of beneficiaries for Family Planning, Mother, and Child Care project interventions.
•      Support the Project officer to conduct orientation sessions regarding Family Planning and Mother and Child Care at the community level.
•      Support the Project officer to identify the locations for the establishment of Marvi House.
• Properly maintain Marvi worker record of project activities at the community & office level both in soft & hard form with pictorial views.
•      Organize family planning and Child and mother care to walk at Union Council, Tehsil, and District levels.
•      Strong coordination with Government health department officials.
•      Conduct regular meetings with community groups with the support of Marvi workers and ensure community ownership in project activities.
•      Provide data to maintain a regular database system of project monitoring and evaluation.
•      Support monitoring officers in the field for conducting monitoring visits.
•      Assist and facilitate project staff at the field level for the smooth implementation of project activities.
•      Prepare case studies/success stories to reflect project impacts.
•      Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
•      Timely submission of activities reports (weekly and monthly).
•      Conduct regular field visits in the field and in the office for reporting
•      Prepare Weekly and monthly reports.

•      Assist in the implementation of the Nutrition program in a manner that promotes gender equality, democratic, decision-making.
•      Mapping of the target area.
•      Identify target communities and mobilize groups.
•      Aware and facilitate communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, parents, teachers, etc.
•      Maintaining data and reports of community mobilization sessions & meetings; Liaison with other partners/stakeholders working in the target area.
•      Support to CMAM follow-up cases.
•      Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
