Trainee Production Engineer
As shift in-charge, plan, monitor, and control pipe production at Spiral Pipe Mill using submerged arc welding (SAW) technique as per API 5L standards to ensure seamless flow of the pipe manufacturing process, end to end.
Monitoring Business Intelligence Suite for current production analysis, Ultrasonic testing (UT) and fluoroscopy inspection (FX) results, monitoring KPIs and using ERP Oracle for production and inventory management.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in collaboration with maintenance department to avoid downtime for optimum mill efficiency.
Prepare work instructions, WPS and pipe forming data sheets for every pipe order and plan daily production targets.
Prepare logbook, monthly production plan, raw material consumption analysis, budgeted analysis, and downtime analysis reports.
Coordinate with QC regarding QHSE standards, WPS and PQR documents, and implement 5S methodology for successful API/HSE audits.
