• Plan, monitor, and control spiral steel pipe manufacturing at Spiral Pipe Mill using the submerged arc welding (SAW) technique.
• Prepare work instructions and forming data sheets for every pipe order.
• Prepare a monthly production plan, raw material consumption analysis, budgeted analysis, and downtime analysis.
• Use ERP, Oracle Financial, and Business Intelligence Suite tools for production analysis and inventory management.
• Abide by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001 QHSE standards and implement the 5S methodology.
• Strictly follow API 5L PSL-1 & PSL-2 standards and ASTM A-252 standards for pipe forming as per the pipe application, whether line pipe or pile pipe.
• Plan, Monitor and control sugar production starting from raw sugarcane, then refining raw juice to crystalline sugar; categorized into 4 houses: mill house, boiler house, process house and powerhouse.
• Monitor smooth operation of 69 MW steam power plant: 4 steam turbines. • Monitor and ensure smooth operation of bagasse fired water tube steam boilers.
• Ensure complete preventive and corrective maintenance of plant during shut down/off season.
