(Responsibilities)
To report Gross Profit status including Sales, Commission & Bonus status on hourly, daily, weekly as well as Month-to-date to the Directors, Senior Management.
To ensure Bank deposits of all stores are made on time and report pending, partial deposits as well as disputed/unreconciled items on hourly, daily, weekly as well as Month-to-date to the Directors, Senior Management.
Audit of all the expenses vouchers, debit & credit vouchers.
To respond or correspond the sales managers/incharge of all the stores
Preparation of SOFP, SOCI, and SOCF of individual companies of the
Group by collecting information from subsidiary accounts and then from GL accounts.
Reconciliation of GL with subsidiary accounts.
Analysis of trail balance
Head office and branch reconciliation
Customers and vendors reconciliation
Recorded sales & purchases of individual operating units
Monthly stock count & valuation
Bank reconciliation
