I work under Finance Department as Finance Assistant.
Assist Finance Manager in budgeting and other administrative tasks.
Participate monthly, quarterly and annual audits
Process payroll and other administrative benefits according MSF policies.
Keep the financial record up-to-date, encode financial transaction in the ERP (Unified and SAP)
Tax Filing, Making expense reports, contracts, and monthly reconciliations
Perofrming duties involves all administrative tasks, produce letters, memos, drafts and other paperwork
Make contracts, process salary, reimbursements, medical allowances according to labor law
I also manage their legal and taxation related activities.
Organize meeting both indoor and outdoor
Does book-keeping of company ledgers in Oracle Data Base.
Prepare facility reports (income, cash flow statement and balance sheet)
Assist and participating in annual audits with Finance Manager
