To ensure the basic quality standards of different fuels like PMG, HSD, FFO for the best customer satisfaction as following points;• Carries modification, in all Work instruction and ISO standards as day to day requirements of Quality and assurance.• Equipment’s use in Quality Assurance Laboratory is, Karl Fisher, Reid Vapours pressure Automatic & Manual Distillation, Flash Point, Cloud point, Pour point, Zeltex Ron Analyser etc.• Supervision, plan and ensure of all the Laboratory activities in a safe manner and in accordance to International methods and standards.• Checking and authorisation of petroleum product results received in APL Terminal through road tankers and pipelines.• Supervision and verification of all test results of petroleum products.• Handling of Internal and External customer complaints and pursuing it.• Responsible for joint testing with Internal and External customers.• Responsible for the protection of Laboratory assets and others expensive equipment.• Responsible for the Quality Assurance mobile Unit for the testing of the petroleum product at the spot during the visits of retail outlet’s inspection.• Responsible for the analysis and reporting of lube oil.• Various products which are being tested at QAL are: PMG, Naphtha, Kerosene, HSD, LDO, FFO, Bitumen etc
